Numerous states, particularly China and Russia, have set their sights on the U.S. elections in November. Because victory by either Democrats or Republicans will closely impact U.S. ties with these states.

Biden's shortlist includes powerful figures such as Senators Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren, former House Minority Leader Stacey Abrams, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Obama's National Security Advisor Susan Rice, and Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) President Karen Bass. There is grassroots pressure for Biden to choose a Black vice presidential candidate. It is thought that a black female candidate could increase the turnout rate and also improve Biden's chances of being elected. Kamala Harris, Karen Bass and Stacey Abrams stand out among these candidates. Taking into account the balance within the party, we’ll know who Biden will end up choosing in a matter of a few days.
Another issue is the fundraising race between Democrats and Republicans as they compete to outspend each other on their election campaigns. Trump was ahead in the fundraising race before the Covid-19 outbreak hit the United States. Now the Democrats have closed the gap and have raised more money than Trump.

According to reports circulating in U.S. media, Trump had phoned Adelson, who wanted to discuss other issues with Trump, but found the latter only focused on the issue of donations. It’s for that reason it’s thought Adelson was reluctant to give a clear answer to Trump. Adelson, who is also the biggest supporter of Benjamin Netanyahu, is expected to elect to wait on the sidelines for a while. It is thought that the cash squeeze that the Trump campaign will experience will only strengthen Adelson's hand.
We have stated that China and Russia are locked on opposite sides in the upcoming November elections. As a matter of fact, according to the statement made by William Evanina, Director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center, Russia does not want Biden to be elected, and China does not want to see Trump reelected. Trump, who claimed that China would prefer Biden to become President, argues that he is not "tougher" on Russia. "If Biden becomes president, China will take over our country," claimed Trump, who does not mind the statement. Republicans branded Biden as "Beijing-Biden" in their election campaign ads.
Allegations that Russia intervened in the elections to help Trump in 2016 were the subject of an investigation by Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller.
Republicans had attempted to investigate the business ties of Biden’s son Hunter with Ukraine during Biden's Vice Presidency. If we are to recall, allegations that Trump pressured the President of Ukraine to open an investigation into Biden in exchange for the release of aid funds allocated to Ukraine have stirred up controversy.
After Biden announced his candidacy, some pro-Russian figures in Ukraine leaked information that could be used against him by the press. Democrats argue that these developments will cast doubt on the credibility of the upcoming U.S. elections. Russia and China both deny any allegations of intervention.
During his speech at a fundraising event in July, Biden criticized Russia and said, "When I'm president, this and so many abuses will not stand. Make no mistake. I'll confront Putin. I'll strengthen NATO. I'll make clear to Putin that they'll have a price to pay for interference in our democratic processes."
