Speaking in front of a mesmerizing blue melange of sky and sea in Istanbul, combined with one of the city's most stunning landmarks, the Maiden's Tower, Turkish International Emmy winner Haluk Bilginer announced the 'Best Performance by an Actor' award on Tuesday at the 48th International Emmy Awards. The 13-year-old British actor Billy Barratt 'went home' with the award for his performance in 'Responsible Child,' becoming the youngest person to win an International Emmy.
