A non-governmental organization protested outside the US Consulate in Istanbul on Sunday to denounce Washington's support for Israel, which has continued its relentless assault on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7 of last year, killing over 35,000 people.
Members of the Gaza Solidarity Platform gathered on Istinye Street and marched to the US Consulate in the Sariyer district of Istanbul.
They carried signs reading "Noble resistance in Gaza" and "Israel is a murderer," and chanted: "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free."
Speaking on behalf of the Gaza Solidarity Platform, Usame Ozdemir praised participants in Palestinian solidarity rallies in the US and Europe.
Meanwhile, another group gathered in Istanbul's Uskudar district on Sunday to protest Israel's attacks on Gaza.
They gathered near the Fistikagaci metro station, chanting anti-Israel slogans.
